Security and privacy
Your meetings remain yours. Here is what we do to keep it that way, and what proves it. Each line describes a measure in service, verified on the date shown; what we have not yet proven is not written here.
Who can read your meetings
Only our server reads and writes your data, under a role of its own. The database administration key no longer has any right over your meetings.

Any reading of your data by a person is logged by the database itself and checked every hour. A reading without a reason triggers an alert.

No member of our team looks at your meetings, except at your written request, in the event of a security incident, or if the law requires us to. Each access is recorded; for your request or an incident, you are informed by email.

In Settings you can see your account activity: sign-ins, devices, sendings, exports, deletions, and any access by our team with its reason.

Your private notes are sent to you only. A copy address, if you set one, receives nothing but the report to hand over.

How long we keep what
The audio of a meeting is deleted automatically 7 days after the report is sent.

The transcript is deleted automatically 365 days after the meeting.

You choose how long your reports are kept: three months, one year, three years or without limit.

The transcript and audio entrusted to our transcription provider are deleted on its side as soon as the transcript is stored with us, usually within minutes.

Where your data is
Your database and your files are stored in Paris, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Transcription runs on our provider's European endpoint.

Two operations leave the European Union, to the United States: the analysis by our model provider and the sending of emails. The privacy policy describes them.

Your account
You see your connected devices in Settings and can sign each one out remotely. A device inactive for 90 days is signed out on its own, and every new device is announced to you by email.

You export your data and delete your account from Settings, with a code received by email. Everything is deleted: meetings, transcripts, reports, files, devices.

Your sign-in token is never stored in clear text with us, only its fingerprint is, and sign-in code attempts are limited.

Exchanges between your device and our servers are encrypted, and your browser is required to stay on HTTPS for a year.
